Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Incorrect Orders

Custom Products

Customised products, including personalised NFC cards or branded items, are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Refund Processing
