Step 1 — It arrives ready to go

When your plaque arrives, we've already connected it to your Google Business page. There's no complicated setup, no app to figure out, no IT person needed. Take it out of the box and it's ready to use.

Step 2 — Place it somewhere visible

Put it on your counter, next to your register, on your reception desk, or on the table. Anywhere a happy customer is standing when the experience is still fresh. That moment, right after a great coffee, a good haircut, a job well done, is when people are most likely to tell someone about it. The plaque is just there to catch that moment.

Step 3 — Customer taps their phone

Your customer holds their phone near the plaque, the same way they'd tap to pay, and their Google review page opens instantly in their browser. No app to download. No searching for your business name. No remembering to do it later. It takes about 20 seconds from tap to submitted review.

Step 4 — You get a new review
